How to eat
Most mangoes are picked unripe so that they can be transported for weeks. We do things differently.
Under the Peruvian sun, our mangoes are given the time to ripen fully on the tree. They are picked at the perfect moment and flown directly to Belgium.
You can taste the difference immediately: a natural sweetness, a rich aroma, and a soft texture.
This is how a mango should truly taste.
